If you are not in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and need to ship your flowers for preservation, please refer to the following instructions.

For the best results, you should ship your flowers for Overnight Delivery as soon as possible. The US postal service is probably the least expensive of all shipping methods.  Keep your flowers well hydrated and refrigerated until shipment. DO NOT FREEZE THEM.

Ship your flowers in a styrofoam cooler. Secure plastic ice packs in the bottom of the cooler and add a layer of paper on top of the ice packs. Place your flowers loosely in a plastic bag and then in a sturdy box. Place the box on top of the layer of paper and seal the styrofoam cooler with packaging tape. Some shippers may require you to place the styrofoam cooler inside another box.

Label the box "Perishable."

Include the $200.00 deposit along with your name, address, day and evening telephone number and e-mail address. If you would like to include mementos, be sure to seal them separately in a plastic bag so they will not be damaged by moisture. You may also send them later.
