A unique Partial Purchase feature allows friends to share the cost of expensive gifts, like your Bridal Bouquet Preservation, without the burden of formally organizing a group, collecting funds, and appointing someone to purchase the gift. With Partial Purchase, each person can just log on and contribute any amount toward any gift. You can even register Cash Gifts, such as a donation to charity or a honeymoon fund.
Each entry on your on-line Gift List can be set up to include pictures of the gifts, so your guests can see exactly what you are registered for. This is especially helpful when registering for Bouquet Preservation, since many people may not be familiar with it. And your guests can even print out your Gift List.
On your on-line view of the Gift Registry, gifts are summarized and include the gift giver's address, to help with thank you notes. The Real-Time Gift List Update feature avoids duplicate gifts, by updating the Gift List immediately, when a purchase is complete. The order is sent to the appropriate merchant and you are notified by email. There is also a Hold Gift option that is useful if you decide to maintain separate Gift Registries, or just need more time to decide on a gift.
